We ensure that employees should be free to choose to work for their employer and to leave the company upon reasonable notice. Upon hiring by our clients, all employees must be provided with a clear contract of employment, which complies with all necessary legislation. We expect that the companies for which we recruit, will treat all employees in a fair and equal manner, with dignity and respect, and any without form of discrimination. We will not work with companies who do not have an established reputation for legal and ethical treatment of their employees.
